1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BlindClick.lol ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BlindClick.lol is a platform where users can bid to control a button's destination URL. The highest bidder determines where the button redirects visitors. All bids are processed through our payment provider and are non-refundable.

3. Prohibited Content

When setting a destination URL for the button, you agree that the URL must not link to any content that falls under the following categories. Violation of these rules will result in immediate removal of your URL and may result in a permanent ban from the Service.

• Adult & Sexually Explicit Content: Any content that is pornographic, sexually explicit, or depicts nudity in a sexual context. This includes but is not limited to adult entertainment websites, escort services, and any content intended for mature audiences only.
• Illegal Websites & Activities: Any website or content that promotes, facilitates, or links to illegal activities. This includes but is not limited to websites involved in hacking, fraud, drug trafficking, distribution of pirated or counterfeit goods, illegal gambling, and any other activity that violates applicable laws.
• Malware & Phishing: Any URL designed to distribute malware, viruses, spyware, or is intended to deceive users into providing personal information (phishing).
• Hate Speech & Harassment: Content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Child Exploitation: Any content that exploits, endangers, or depicts minors in harmful or inappropriate situations. This is a zero-tolerance policy and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Scams & Deceptive Content: Any URL designed to mislead, defraud, or scam users out of money, personal information, or other assets.

4. Content Moderation & Enforcement

We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove any destination URL at our sole discretion. If we determine that a submitted URL violates these Terms, we may:

• Immediately remove or replace the offending URL without prior notice.
• Suspend or permanently ban the offending user from the Service.
• Report illegal content to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
• Withhold any refund for bids associated with prohibited content.

5. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Only submit destination URLs that comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
• Not attempt to circumvent content moderation measures through redirects, URL shorteners, or any other means.
• Take full responsibility for the content accessible at any URL you submit.

6. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed through Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. All bids are final and non-refundable once the payment is successfully processed, unless the Service removes your URL due to a technical error on our part.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlindClick.lol and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
